What could be better than a glass of wine watching the sun set over the vineyards?

The entrance to Yorkville Cellars with 500 red rose bushes from the deck of our tasting room at 7:45 pm.
A Rose by any other name...
There are red wines, and there are white wines, and in between there are various shades of pink, known as blush, rosé, or rosato...
Our Rosé de Franc is made from Cabernet Franc grapes (which grow on the vines that can be seen on the left side of the photo above) and is made the traditional way by leaving the skins in contact with the juice for just a short time (24-hours) before fermentation, so the color is a pale red.
Displaying all the fresh, bright, berry flavors of our Cabernet Franc grapes, this is a fruity quencher with a gorgeous color. The perfect rosé for picnics or sitting on the deck watching the sunset over the roses (see photo above...). This wine is dry, so it's food-friendly and refreshing enough to be drunk on a hot summer's day.
We only make our Rosé de Franc every few years and less than 100 cases- enough to last a couple months. We're just about to release it in the tasting room but we would like to give you first shot at it.
