February White Sale- get more for your green
Deborah serves six crab hors d'oeuvres along with six vintages of our Semillon in our tasting room on January 22nd.
In Mendocino County we're continuing to celebrate the crab season by serving it as often as possible. As a result, we're drinking lots of white wine even in the middle of winter. That led us to think of having a White Sale as our monthly special.
Monthly Special: Our White Sale Each vintage we produce three white wines: A Sauvignon Blanc from our oldest vineyard planted in 1982. A Semillon, which is commonly planted side-by-side with Sauvignon Blanc in its native Bordeaux. And lastly, our
Eleanor of Aquitaine, a blend of our best barrels of both varietals.
We regularly have heated debates over which is the best match with crab. You can decide yourself at a savings this month.
